Technical skills and advice provided include:• Traffic analysis using SIDRA Intersection modelling software.• General traffic advice in relation to vehicle access, circulation and car parking for small and larger scale developments.• Horizontal geometric design of various road and traffic projects ranging from pedestrian / cycle facilities through to major arterial roads and simple grade‐separated interchanges. This is done quickly as sketch plans and in more detail using CAD.• Road safety audits including detailed design stage, pre-opening and existing road audits as well as ‘drive through’ and mine site road safety reviews.• Investigation and development of Local Area Traffic Management (LATM) plans.• Manual traffic counts at intersections and car parks.
